OUR STORY

Our farm and distillery, rooted in the heritage of traditional farming and spirits making, is a family run, grain-to-glass, single-origin, single-source producer of bourbon and gin, using only pre-Prohibition grains and processes, situated on the 400-acre Camp Lakes farm in historic Franklin County, WA.

Camp Lakes is committed to creating unparalleled spirits in expression, character, and story, ensuring that every bottle is a narrative of unique flavor, unparalleled quality and unquestionable authenticity. Everything that goes into a Camp Lakes bottle, from grains, to yeast and the water, are sourced at the Camp Lakes family farm, by our team of committed craftspeople.

Transforming the finest heirloom grains into mash and neutral spirits, transformed through our Column, Carter-Head Pot and Three-Chambered Stills, Camp Lakes produces the most distinctive and flavorful spirits, resurrecting the flavors of the golden age of bourbon and gin production. We are building from the ground up to ensure that our expressions are responsibly made, consistent in quality, trustworthy in production, and utterly delightful.
